Master the Selling Cycle
One of the biggest challenges small business owners face is the question of how to increase sales. This presentation will introduce attendees to the key sales concepts that will help them increase volume of sales activities and overall sales success.
The Selling Cycle is made up of three parts; prospecting, cultivating, and servicing. Most small business owners focus more than 90% of their attention on a vary narrow part of the Cultivation element, and fail to do much of the essential sales work necessary to close sales and maintain customers. In this session, Andrea Hill teaches the selling cycle. Using specific examples, fun anecdotes and stories, she shows business owners how to improve their business performance by attending to the entire selling cycle.
